Board of Directors

	Brian Paul President 203-508-1436 brianpaul@dupontsystems.com Brian, Joined ARMA and the Board in 2007 as Director of Membership.  In 2008 he was elected Executive Vice President and most recently elected President for the 2010-2012 term.  He is an Account Manager for Dupont Systems and Dupont Business Archives.  He also has nine years consulting experience in the telecommunications industry.

 

	Jim Merrifield Executive Vice President 203-325-5069 JMerrifield@fdh.com Previous to his election to Executive Vice President for the 2010-2012 term, Jim was Director of Membership.  Jim has been an ARMA member since 2006. He is the Records Manager for Finn Dixon & Herling LLP in Stamford, CT. Jim has achieved AIIM ERM Specialist Certification ( ERMs) under the AIIM Electronic Records Management Certification Program.  Jim is currently a CRM candidate.

	Christina Doyle Vice President - Secretary 845-577-3505 doylech@coned.com Christina was elected to Vice President-Secretary for the 2010-2012 term.  She is the Records Manager at Orange and Rockland Utilities (subsidiary of ConEdison) in Spring Valley, NY.  Previously she worked as a Records Manager at Legg Mason/Citigroup, Federal Home Loan Bank of NY and Cummings & Lockwood.  Christina graduated with a B.A. in Communications at UCONN and is currently working on a MLS at Southern Connecticut State University.  She has been a member of ARMA chapters for several years.

 

	Matt Fisher Vice President-Treasurer 203-229-7769 Matthew.C.Fisher@diageo.com Matt was elected to the position of Vice President-Treasurer for the 2010-2012 term.  He is the Manager, Information Management Compliance DIAGEO North America, Inc. in Norwalk, CT.  He has previously worked in the records management departments for United Rentals, Inc. in Greenwich, CT and ACE-INA Insurance in Philadelphia, PA.  Matt hold a Master's degree in Public History from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

	Ray Siggia Director of Programs 203-974-0329 raymond.siggia@withers.us.com Ray has been a member of ARMA since 2007 and was appointed Director of Programs for the 2010-2012 term.  He is currently the US Conflicts and Records Manager at Withers Bergman LLP in New Haven, CT.  Ray has 10 years of experience in records management in law firms.

	Ray Jansak Director, Publications 860-312-1108 rjansak@mptn-nsn.gov Ray has been a member of ARMA since 2000.  He was appointed Director, Publications for 2010-2012.  Previous to this he held the position of Vice President - Treasurer.  He was awarded the 2008 Chapter Member of the Year (CMOTY).  An active member since joining, Ray served as Director of Programs and Executive Vice President.  Ray is the Records Analyst for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation.

 

	Chuck Rondinone Director of Membership Office 860-661-0438 - Mobile 860-970-6300 crondinone@databankimx.com Chuck started his involvement with ARMA CT in the 1970's, continued as Vendor Liaison with the Detroit Chapter from 2002 - 2005 and served as Director of Awards and Special Events for the CT Chapter during the 2009- 2010 Chapter Year.  Chuck is a Senior Account Executive with DataBank a national end-to-end document management solution provider.

 

	Doreen Smith Director of Awards and Special Events 860-568-2020 Doreen.S@aefcu.com Doreen is the Director of Awards and Special Events for the 2010 – 2012 terms. She became a member of the ARMA Connecticut Chapter in 2009 when she began a new career at American Eagle Federal Credit Union. She had previously worked for ten years at Pfizer in New London for the Information & Records Management Department. Doreen proudly received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State College in May 2011. She enjoys seeing members of ARMA enjoying themselves at the special events that she coordinates and adding special touches to the monthly meetings.

 

	Anita Castora, CRM Immediate Past President 860-569-5521 anita.c@aefcu.com Anita Castora, CRM, has been an active member of ARMA in multiple chapters (Akron-Canton, Greater Cleveland, Stamford-White Plains and Connecticut) since 1989.  She has held multiple chapter positions, including President, Executive Vice President, Secretary, Membership VP, was a former ISG Leader and has been awarded the Chapter Member of the Year (CMOTY) multiple times.  Anita is very proud of her CRM and is an active mentor with CRM candidates. She is the Manager of Document Management for American Eagle Federal Credit Union.
